A species of the many varieties of kupu-kupu/rama-rama, I'm not sure whether this one can be classified as moth as well. One thing for sure its not the ordinary butterfly that we see most of the time. That leaf like part of it might be the antenna.

to differentiate between those two rule of thumb, when stationary, moth's wings tend to lie flat to the ground and whereas butterflies their wings pointing upwards, u noe wat i mean la..
